The History Channel's Monsterquest Flying Monsters presented some of the aerodynamic and image processing work performed at BSM Research Associates, in conjuction with other investigations for pterosaur and ropen sightings in Papua New Guinea area, Texas, Illinois and California. Missile defense target detection, extraction techniques were applied to the Paul Nation Video. The targets were saturated in the optical pass (.398-.780 microns) requiring intensity suppression techniques for background suppression and target extraction.

Cliff: I have not included most current Marquis Who's Who In the World, in Science and Engineering and in America simply because these documents are nearly the same, year by year. The addition of yearly technical publications for AIAA (American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics) and for the SPIE (International Society for Optical Engineering) do not change the format. Cliff: Christian Heritage College (CHC), at the time that Clifford A. Paiva attended CHC (1975-1978), centered on the physical, astrogeophysical, and biological sciences. In 1984 Christian Heritage College (CHC) changed its name to San Diego Christian College (SDCC) largely to placate its Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) evolutionary accreditation friends. Although the SDCC folks will probably not admit such hyprocracy and cowardness in order to obtain WASC accredition; SDCC will permit itself to separate from the original God-given mandate to reveal the wisdom of His Creation through the physical sciences and active creation-evolution debates...thus losing their precious AUTONOMY. BSM Research Associates does not recognize the new SDCC as a frontline scientific and academic institution, but rather a college interested purely in the "new" Christianity of appeasement and non-confrontational love. If SDCC continues this course they must eventually [or anger their academic (benefactors-WASC)], admit homosexuals, transvestites, evolutionists and Obama abortionist supporters to their new New Christianity Institute (NCI), resulting of course in another name change. Cliff:
In addition to high integrity science issues, including the Earth's decay of the geomagnetic field, solar instability, global destruction evidenced by Noah's Ark on Mt. Ararat (not Durupinar SIte) and high energy laser missile defense issues, I am MOST interested in the return of the authority within United States government (including the Defense Department) to the PEOPLE. This is articulated in Legislature (SECTION 8) of the United States Constitution and its Preamble.The Defense Department legally functions under the US Constitution, not the reverse. (07/24/08)

RESUME: Cliff has worked for the US Naval Fleet Analysis Center, NSWC Norco Division, formerly Fleet Analysis Center, Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach; US Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Dahlgren Laboratory; and the US Air Force Research Laboratory, Propulsion Directorate at Edwards Air Force Base, CA. Professional papers accepted for presentation and publication are presented in his resume. Citations are in Marquis Who's Who In America, In Science and Engineering, and in the World. Cliff's resume is presented in PDF format and WORD. He is a graduate of Christian Heritage College (now San Diego Christian College), and the Institute for Creation Research (ICR). His majors were Geophysics and Astrogeophysics, respectively. Cliff is involved with ballistic missile defense, being a regular contributor to the American Institute for Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Missile Conferences, as well as the International Society for Optical Engineering (SPIE). Studies are in geophysical and astrophysical research areas as these pertain to planetary and solar orbital stability; the decay of the earth's geomagnetic field, and confirmation coordinates or Noah's Ark and image processing of frames obtained of the ship. Also under investigation at BSMRA is the continual development of the geo-military strategic Asian Axis. The Axis members include the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China (PRC), the Democratic People's Republic of North Korea (DPRK), and the Islamic Republic of Iran. A personal interest of C.A. Paiva is the INCREASE in government arrogance and corruption within the United States; and Noah's Ark/Mt. Ararat as this is related to the CIA's involvement under current Secretary of Defense Robert Gates [then Director of Central Intelligence (DCI)-1991].
Cliff: The History Channel and Monsterquest havebeen informed as to the Ark-origin of these animals (ropen, pterosaurs, Kogomato, Mokele-mbembe, plesiosaurs and elasmosaurs). I was informed that standared policy at the History Channel removes stating the origins of the animals if Mt. Ararat and Noah's Ark are mentioned. My response was that the History Channel will be locked into a never ending search for their history, and the reason for the presence of these animals. (08/19/09)
